delivering thousands of tons of DE to cement plants across US
southwest.
GFI's DE is used to create Pozzolan cement extenders for Type 1P
portland cement. Locally recycled industrial sands and filter cakes are
gathered through recycling and beneficial use programs. GFI combines
these ingredients together in specific proportions to create raw
materials that can be tailored to a cement kiln's individual needs for
optimal cement kiln performance.
GFI supplies high quality iron ore and alumina material to the cement and steel manufacturing industries.
